Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and/or amendments, if any, can only be notified by responding to the relevant Proposal or Confirmation/Exchange Order(s) e-mail.
The accommodation(s) and/or service(s) incorporated in a tour/package or the ones included in a plan cannot be cancelled and/or amended individually.
Cancellation and/or amendment of the proposed and/or reserved accommodation(s) and/or service(s) notified within any of the periods listed below will incur cancellation charges equivalent to the specified percent (corresponding to the relevant period) of the total value of such accommodation(s) and/or service(s). Failure to avail the proposed and/or reserved accommodation(s) and/or service(s), fully or partly by any reason thereof, will incur cancellation charges equivalent to 100% of the total value of such accommodation(s) and/or service(s). The client(s) and/or the guest(s) will be liable to pay applicable cancellation charges after adjustment of advance, if any.
- 30 days before check-in or earlier : 25%
- 15 to 29 days before check-in : 50%
- 14 days before check-in or later : 100%

- The stay can be extended or reduced on pro rata basis.
